Come dance with us in our movement meditation grounded in the belief that when we move, we heal.
“Put your body in motion, and the psyche will heal itself,” wrote Gabrielle Roth, who created the 5Rhythms discipline. Through moving my body, I've found release, freedom, connection, being in the present.
This practice welcomes every body, every culture, every age. Wherever the rhythms are danced, a community forms - one that moves together, sweats together, grows together.
