About the Event
This evening is an invitation to come home to your body after a day of being in your head - doing, deciding, responding – to let go and turn inward. Listen, as your body reveals the wisdom, play, and surprise within.
We begin with Authentic Movement – a practice of inner listening, eyes closed and unconditional friendliness – and open into ecstatic dance, where the music becomes inspiration, invitation, and partner. There’ll be space to journal, reflect, and share your experience. Held at First Church, 11 Garden St.
Cambridge.
