Authentic Movement & Ecstatic Dance with Linda Ugelow
Come home to your body, turn inward, and listen. Your body reveals it's wisdom, play, and surprise. Let it be your guide.
We begin with Authentic Movement – a practice of inner listening, eyes closed and unconditional friendliness – and open into ecstatic dance, where the music becomes inspiration, invitation, and partner.
There’ll be space to journal, reflect, and share your experience.
Held at the Calvary Church, 300 Mass. Ave., Arlington.
(Come through the door on Linwood St. and go up to the 2nd-floor lovely Fellowship Hall)
