Our events generally have the following format:
4:10pm: WELCOME / CHECK-IN
4:15-4:35pm: OPENING CEREMONY / CACAO / REFLECTIONS led by Rachel of @ShamanismForThePeople
4:35-5:35: ECSTATIC DANCE with @DustinRosata
5:35-5:50: SOUND MEDITATION OR LIVE SOUND HEALING w/ @WistyHeart
5:50: COMMUNITY OUTRO / HANGOUT (Building closes at 6:00pm)
