💖 We activated our hearts, transmuted energy, faced our shadow, bridged the world of the unconscious to the world of the aware, and now let's reap all our effort and take a swim in the river of joy!  

✨ Brene Brown defines joy as “An intense feeling of deep spiritual connection, pleasure, and appreciation."

✨ Brene B. also shares what researcher Matthew Kuan Johnsons has to say about joy in her book Atlas of the Heart “while experiencing joy, we don’t lose ourselves, we come more truly ourselves. He suggests that with joy, colors seem brighter, physical movement feel freer and easier, and smiling happens involuntarily. Some researchers even described sponta

neous weeping as part of the overwhelming experience of joy”.

  🪄 Let’s experience the magic of joy in community while being the truest form of ourselves as we can be, and ride the wave of spontaneous joyful release together!

🚗Parking and Directions:

Located right in Porter Square the Masonic Hall is a 3-minute walk from Porter Train station and a 1-minute walk from several bus lines (96, 77). There are limited parking spots available along the side of the Masonic Hall building so please give yourself enough time to find parking.
