About the Event
The evening begins with a light warm up from our returning RYT: Alicia! All levels warm-up designed to get you ready to dance!
Once we are warmed up, the ecstatic dance begins! The set will be a multi-genre journey led by BL0CKH34D (www.Soundcloud.com/BL0CKH34D)Â
We conclude with a live sound crystal bowl sound healing facilitated by Wisty (IG: @WistyHeart )
