Ecstatic Dance @ Cambridge Dance Complex w/ BL0CKH34D

An evening of music, dancing, meditations, sound healing, and the cultivation of a beautiful community with people like you!

Our events generally have the following format:

4:00pm: WELCOME / CHECK-IN

4:15-4:25: OPENING WARM-UP / INTRODUCTIONS

4:30-5:30: ECSTATIC DANCE

5:30-5:45: SOUND MEDITATION OR LIVE SOUND HEALING

5:50: END (Building closes at 6:00pm, feel free to use this time to meet some new people!)

Our DJ for this ecstatic dance will be BL0CKH34D

and we will end with a recorded sound healing with a live meditation.
