Ecstatic & Electric Dance Crossover Event (Rescheduled 8/28 to 9/3)
Breathwork, a warm-up and then we will switch into a multi-channel silent disco. Channel 1 will be the ecstatic dance channel Channel 2 will be the EDM channel We will conclude with a calming sound meditation!

About the Event
Come join us for an evening of good music, friends and vibes on Castle Island in South Boston.
Event will open with a 10-20 minute light engagement warm-up and breathwork
Then we will have two DJs both playing music on silent disco equipment, one will be an ecstatic dance channel, the other will be an EDM artist.
Ecstatic Dance Channel: Wisty Heart
Electric Dance Channel: Robert Lohr
We will conclude both sets with a short sound meditation as the sun sets over the Boston skyline
