🌬️✨ Join us for a magical journey through the element of air at the next EDMA's "Ecstatic AIR Dance" event! 🕊️✨

3:00 - 3:15 🌀 **Welcoming Circle**: Come together in community and set our intentions for the dance journey ahead.  

3:15 - 3:30 🪶 **Feather Blessing Ceremony & Spiral Dance**: Bless feathers with your intentions and join in a spiraling dance to infuse the space with positive energy.  

3:30 - 4:45 💃 **Ecstatic Dance**: Let the music guide you as you move, flow, and express yourself freely in a safe and supportive environment.

4:45 - 5:00 💞 **Community Connections / Outro**: Connect with fellow dancers, share your experiences, and close the dance with love and gratitude.

🎨 Art Project: Contribute to a collective art project using the feathers from the intention/blessing circle. Let your creativity soar!  

📖 Community Love Journal: Share and/or read reflections, inspirations, and messages of love in our community journal.

Please note: The building closes at 5:00pm, so be sure to wrap up connections with your fellow dancers before then.
