HOW THE WAITLIST WORKS:
Sometimes people can't make it. In these situations if they reach out to us and tell us ahead of time we can
1 - donate their ticket to you if that is what they want
2 - if they are not willing to donate their ticket, you can take their spot but you will have to pay for your ticket and depending on the reason, the original purchasr may be able to use their ticket for a similar future event.
We cannot make any promises about whether or not someone on the waitlist will make it into the event, nor can we promise any specific time tables of when these things will happen.
If a spot opens up for you, we will contact you by the methods you left for us on this registration form. If we do not hear back within 30 minutes to let us know if you are able to join us, we will move to the next available person on the wait list.
