Join us in another magical journey! 

This month we will dance with the spirit of new resolutions, new endings, and new beginnings! Let's enter into this new year together!

PLEASE BRING A SLEEPING BAG OR BLANKET for the meditation to close out our journey. Can you guess why?

The caterpillar doesn't know that one day it will go into the darkness and experience something so profound and uncomfortable as turning into complete goo, coming entirely undone, in order to transform into a new version of itself, a butterfly with freedom and strength to fly.

Join us in a journey of allowing ourselves to come apart in order to emerge as the best version of ourselves.

We sold out at the last dance so please get your tickets in advance!

 Open and welcome all - all ages, races, cultures, backgrounds, orientations, LGBTQIA+. We aim to create a family-friendly community where everyone can dance and express themselves freely. We share and empower each other to practice consent, mindfulness and awareness to create as safe a space as possible.

ENERGY EXCHANGE  Sliding Scale: $15-$45 

Recommended $30 **$30-$45 at door** (Children 5 and under dance for free) Register in advance to secure your spot. Capacity is 65, so we will likely sell out or have limited tickets available at the door:

VOLUNTEER CREW Connect with the team at the dance or email hellohearthive@gmail.com to learn more about volunteer work exchange opportunities for before, during, and after dances. This is a great way to make deeper connections and weave into the fabric of our dance family.

 COVID PRECAUTIONS  ~ DO NOT attend if you’re experiencing any COVID-19 like symptoms (headache, nausea, fever etc.) or have had any recent exposure. ~ Masks are welcome, not required ~ Please take care of yourself and connect with others at your and their comfort level

 DIRECTIONS & TRANSPORTATION  Address: Canal Studio, 650 E Kendall St, Cambridge as part of the Dance Complex.

 We encourage you to walk, bike and take the T. It's a short walk from the Kendall / MIT Red Line T stop. Free, on-street parking on Sundays. (Give yourself some extra time to find a spot as parking can be harder to find in this area.)
