We are so excited to gather again for our monthly morning ecstatic dance at the stunning Cambridge Masonic Temple (1950 Mass Ave, Cambridge, MA).
These mornings are about more than just movement — they’re about community, connection, and starting the day with pure joy. Whether you come to sweat, to shake, to release, or simply to remember the freedom of your own body, you’ll be held by the music, the collective energy, and the magic of this space.
Facilitated this month by Lakshmi — founder of The Center to Thrive and a guide in the realms of embodiment, ritual, and authentic movement. Lakshmi’s work helps people return to wholeness through practices of deep listening, somatic expression, and communal healing.
