We begin with a soulful and activating Rise & Shine Warmup led by the luminous Atira Hope—a visionary artist, movement guide, and creative spirit. With a name that means “Prayer of Hope,” Atira brings the essence of gratitude and vibrant life force into her facilitation. Expect a playful fusion of gentle stretching, creative exploration, and contact-based connection that will ground us in presence and light us up from within.
