You asked for a morning dance and here it comes: morning ecstatic wave in our beloved Somerville Armory. Feel the sunrise energy, Feel the pulse. Follow the impulse.
We begin with a gentle yoga warm-up to awaken the body and open the breath. From there, we ride a full ecstatic wave with DJ Luminus: building, expanding, and flowing together on the dance floor.
