Connection is something we remember.

This JourneyDance™ invites you into The Dance of Connection; an embodied exploration of how we relate: to ourselves, to one another, to the earth beneath our feet, and to the larger field of Life moving through us all.

Through music, movement, and gentle guidance, we’ll explore connection as a felt experience rather than a concept. Not something to perform or perfect, but something to sense, practice, and play with moment by moment.

As with all JourneyDance experiences, this evening weaves together solo exploration and consent-based connection, offering multiple pathways to engage. You are always in choice about how, when, and with whom you connect.

This is a grounded, spacious container where awareness leads, the body speaks, and relationship becomes a living dance.

No choreography. No mirrors. No pressure to get it “right.”
