A practice of inner listening, where your body uncovers what is true for you – eyes closed, no music, no steps, moving from impulse, witnessed in unconditional friendliness.
The space to be unapologetically yourself – no experience is necessary, come as you are.
We begin with a guided exploration and we close with time to write, draw, and share for connection and grounding.
