 This Is Your Body on Dance 

What does your body want to say tonight? Ecstatic Dance is freeform movement where the music becomes inspiration, invitation, and partner. There is no choreography, nothing to get right. You follow the rhythm, the feeling, the mood, the impulse, wherever it wants to go. Come with a question or an intention and let it work itself out on the dance floor, or come simply to move, play, and be surprised by what your body knows and needs. Dance alone, dance near, or dance with others. Connection here is an invitation, never an expectation. We'll begin with a guided exploration and will close with time to write, draw, and share for connection and grounding.
