Medicine Soul Dance - Deep Dive

We begin with Soul Dance dance and then move into a guided process created by Allison called Emotion in Motion- where we allow our individual and collective stories to emerge and weave. We will dance, sound, write, create and come together- to share our humanness, our grief and joy- emergent from our collective creativity! 

We will regulate our emotional, physical and mental landscapes to welcome balance, calm and perhaps some levity. Engaging in practices that help us navigate stress, anxiety and fear, while also celebrating all of life, earth, community and connection!

We will engage somatic practices to slow down, land and anchor- including meditation and visualization. Followed by our closing circle.

Please bring a journal/ paper, a pen and water.

This is a 2.5 hour workshop.
