Experience a journey through energetic dancing, insightful meditations, and a relaxing sound healing conclusion! All ages welcomed. Our dances are all about freeform expression: no right/wrong way to move, no stress, no judgment; just smiles and good vibes :)

4:30-5:30: ECSTATIC DANCE
5:30-5:45: SOUND MEDITATION OR LIVE SOUND HEALING
5:45-6:00: COMMUNITY BUILDING / CLOSING (Building closes at 6:00pm)
