Underground Forest Rave

PLEASE READ:

Welcome to our fourth forest rave! We've moved to a new location to accommodate multiple stages and a bigger crowd.

Similar to our last event there will be one stage out loud and the other a silent disco (we will provide the headphones) so that we can keep stage distances / walking to a minimum.

Our new location is near Waltham, MA, less than 30 mins from Boston proper.

If you are carpooling with a total of 3-6 people, save money by selecting the carpool ticket!

You MUST INCLUDE THE NAMES OF ALL YOUR CARPOOL MEMBERS AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. We have limited headphones and need to keep track of the number of people as we do have a max event capacity. If you show up with more people we cannot guarantee they will be allowed entry.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

To access tickets, you'll need an invite from one of the artists or the event team. Their individualized codes will allow you to purchase tickets.  MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE A PHONE # for yourself or whomever the driver of your carpool will be.

On the day of the event, the phone # and email you gave will be contacted with information on where to park.

When you arrive at your designated parking area you will text a specific phone #, and  a chauffeur will come pick you up. It will be about a 5 minute drive to the drop-off point and a 5 minute walk to reach our hidden spot. Trails will be lined with glowsticks to help you find your way to through the forest. 

Please don't use flashlights / phones while walking near the edge of the forest to avoid detection. We will illuminate the paths with glowsticks so you can see where to go. This event will require discretion as you enter / leave  otherwise you jeapordize the entire event. It is for this reason we have a chauffeur and the following rules to minimize traffic (and subsequent detection):

PICK-UP / DROP-OFF TIMES:

To minimize traffic, attendees should arrive between 9:45pm-11:30pm. Entry will not be allowed past 12:00am.  

You will text the chaffeur (you'll be provided with their #) when you and your party have arrived and are ready for pickup. Please include the street you are parked on. There may be short wait times of up to 5-10 minutes. 

There is NO Re-Entry

When your party is ready to leave you will go to the marked pick-up point and wait for the chauffeur to text you back when it's time to walk out of the forest to the street / car. On both entry and exit, it is important you move quickly and discreetly between the car and the area of the forest no longer visible from the street. 

SUMMARY OF RULES & IMPORTANT INFO:

- This is a 21+ event. IDs and tickets will be scanned by the chaffeur upon pick up. Under 21 will not be allowed entry

- BYOB and LEAVE NO TRACE. We will have a few trash cans set up, so please use them or take your trash with you.

- NO GLASS CONTAINERS. Please bring any beverages in a backpack, not a cooler or plastic bag. 

- Dress Code: Please do not wear anything that might seem to indicate there might be a hidden rave nearby. 

- NO ARRIVALS PAST 12AM & NO RE-ENTRY

- We are out in the forest; this is not an official venue. As such: there are no facilties, toilets, sinks, etc.   

Mother nature is your bathroom. Please plan accordingly. 

- While we've taken all these precautions to protect our event from being discovered, we still are relying on you to not draw attention to yourselves (i.e - screaming out loud, trying to walk on the streets outside the event, making too much noise at the street parking area while waiting for the chauffeur). 

TICKET SALES END AT 8/25 at 11:59pm unless they sell out ahead of time.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOU'LL BE ABLE TO ENTER THE EVENT AND WE DO NOT GUARANTEE REFUNDS FOR ERRORS NOT MADE ON OUR PART.
