🌀💗 🌀 Hey dancing family, we are welcoming back talented Ankati Day. Last time in December, Ankati offered us a beautiful cacao ceremony, warm up and soundscape. This time, she will rock it as our DJ guest! The theme of the night is INNER GUIDANCE: inviting us to tune in and to use movement to follow deeper our intuition and trust in the messages of the body. This dance is at the First Church in Cambridge.
Sandra Rose will guide our grounding Cacao Ritual and Beau Demkar will lead contact-Improv inspired warm up. To get a taste of Ankati's DJ magic 🎧 check out her sets https://soundcloud.com/ankati-day.
At the end, Shooka Afshar will complete our evening with her beautiful piano accompaniment. Let's tune into our Inner Guidance together.
